I’m so excited to help you reach your goals, gain confidence and find food freedom. I’m a NASM/AAFA certified nutrition coach, and I’ve been on my macro journey for about two years.
Before I found macros, I struggled with
- yo-yo dieting,
- restrictive eating
- binge eating off and on.
I would be so proud of myself when I made progress, then feel terrible when I went back to “normal eating” and the weight I lost came back.
Since tracking macros...
