How to Feel Your Best During Food-Focused Holidays

Take 5 minutes to think about how you want to feel after the meal.

You don’t have to overindulge just because it’s a holiday.


Fill your plate with foods you actually care about and enjoy. Skip the things that don’t matter to you. Sweet potato casserole? Yes, please. Store-bought roll? I’ll pass, thanks.

DO NOT skip breakfast just because you know you’re eating a big meal later in the day. Going into the meal ravenous can easily lead to over-eating.


Plan some movement into the day. Walking for 15 minutes after the meal can aid your digestion!
