What is it?

Pre-logging macros is taking a few minutes each day to log your macros for the next day.

Why does it work?

  • Help you plan ahead and stay on track
  • Eliminates macro Tetris and reduces stress
  • Helps you look forward to tomorrow’s food
  • If something unexpected does come up, it’s easier to log around what you have already entered!

What’s the point of pre-logging your macros, anyway? 🧐

When it’s 8 p.m. and you have 30 grams of protein and 2 grams of fat left for the day, it takes a LOT of brain power to figure out what you can eat (enter: plain egg whites, ew)

Pre-logging your macros reduces the amount of time you spend playing macro tetris each day, and it also helps you go into tomorrow with a PLAN! 

Consistency is the key to success, so when you KNOW you are going to hit your macros tomorrow, it’s easier to be consistent and follow that plan! Pre-logging takes the guesswork out of it all and ensures that you can fit your fave foods in.
